MEDIATION SERVICES
All mediation services are offered in half day or full day sessions.

Please Note: All mediation cases are held via Zoom until further notice. Please be sure that all parties have reliable access to wifi, a computer (phones are not the most optimal options), and the Zoom program. Failure to appear via Zoom is treated exactly as a failure to show up in person. All invoices must be paid before the session date.
Half Day: $200 per side
Full Day: $500 per side
Half day sessions are scheduled from either 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Full day sessions are six hours long, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch break.
Weekend Sessions: In some cases, weekend sessions can be scheduled for an additional $200 per party per session.
Overtime Fee: $100 per hour per side
No Show Fee: $200 per side
Time is rounded to the next 15 minutes.
Parties are required to give written (electronic) notice of intent to miss the session no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Only the party who cancels without 24 hour notice will be charged.
